Party Package Policies

Party Type: To ensure a safe, fun, and fully staffed experience for every guest, each party package is limited to the age limit for the party type chosen. All children who participate in play must meet the age requirements for the selected party type. This includes siblings and other guests. Any child who does not fall within the specified age range for the party package will not be permitted to participate in the play activities and will not be counted as a participating child.
Party Tier: To ensure a safe and fully staffed experience, each party tier is limited to the number of children included in the selected tier. The number of participating children may not exceed the maximum number allowed for the selected party tier.
If you would like to change your party type or upgrade to the next tier you must do so at least 7 days prior to your event date. Advance notice is required so we can schedule the appropriate number of staff members for your party. Requests to add additional guests within one week of the event cannot be guaranteed and are subject to staff availability.
Parents will be able to watch children play from our bleacher styled seating area.
